RT7220A是供反激式電源使用的高性能同步整流控制器，它通過檢測MOSFET漏極電壓決定同步整流開關的工作狀態，可將關斷過程的死區時間縮減至最小以提高效率，支援工作在電流連續模式、電流不連續模式和准諧振模式，可在3V~22V的輸出電壓範圍內工作。</br>RT7220A內建高耐壓線性穩壓器，可在輸出電壓很低時提供足夠的MOSFET驅動電壓。它在輕載時以節能模式工作，可將工作電流降低至160μA以下，進入節能模式的時間點是通過對MOSFET門極驅動脈衝的計數來確定的。</br>建議的接面溫度範圍為-40°C至125°C，而環境溫度範圍則為-40°C至105°C。
