RT7220D 是一款用於 Flyback 轉換器的同步整流 (SR) 控制器，可在連續導通模式 (CCM)、不連續導通模式 (DCM) 與準諧振 (QR) 模式下運作。RT7220D 會偵測 MOSFET 的汲極電壓，以判斷 SR 閘極的導通 / 關斷，從而將關斷死區時間降至最低並提升效率。RT7220D 支援 3V 至 21V 的寬輸出電壓範圍，並特別內建 HV LDO，用於在低輸出電壓時驅動 MOSFET 閘極。當其搭配一次側控制器 RT7757 使用時，可啟用零電壓切換 (ZVS) 控制，以在高輸入電壓下最佳化效率。此外，RT7220D 在輕載條件下提供綠色模式運作，可將工作電流降低至 250μA 以下。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 105°C。
