RT7235/36/39/40 是採用改進型固定導通時間（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架構的同步 Buck 轉換器，可從 4.5V~18V 的輸入獲得高達 5A 的電流輸出。ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架構賦予其在廣泛的負載範圍內與各種陶瓷電容配合穩定工作的能力，尤其是與具有很低 ESR 的輸出電容配合工作仍能確保其性能表現，同時還具有優化的瞬態回應能力。它們在輸入、輸出變化的情況下能保持基本恒定的工作頻率，在整個負載範圍內都具有極高的轉換效率。通過在下橋 MOSFET 上進行精確的穀值電流檢測，能在此基礎上實現逐週期電流限制保護；外部可調的軟啟動可消除啟動過程中的輸入端衝擊電流。它們還具有過熱關機保護（RT7235/36/39/40）、輸出欠壓保護/過壓保護（RT7235/36）。當UVP/OVP 被觸發時，使用 TSSOP-14（含外露式散熱焊盤）封裝的器件會進入鎖定模式，使用 WDFN-10L 封裝的器件則進入打嗝模式。<br>RT7235/36 以 TSSOP-14（含外露式散熱焊盤）、 WDFN-10L 兩種封裝形式供貨，其中的 RT7235 是以強制連續導通模式工作的。<br>RT7239/40 以帶有外露式散熱焊盤的 SOP-8 封裝供貨，其中的 RT7239 是以強制連續導通模式工作的。
