RT7333G 是一款功率因數校正（PFC）控制器，整合追蹤式升壓（Tracking Boost）、谷底切換（Valley Switching）及頻率降低（Frequency Reduction）等先進技術。產品可於臨界導通模式（CRM, Critical Conduction Mode）及非連續導通模式（DCM, Discontinuous Conduction Mode）下運作。 內建前饋控制機制（Feed-Forward Scheme）及總諧波失真最佳化（THD Optimizer）功能，可在寬範圍輸入電壓及輸出功率條件下維持接近 1 的功率因數。 RT7333G 的推挽式閘極驅動器（Totem-Pole Gate Driver）具備 800mA 灌電流（Source Current）及 1000mA 拉電流（Sink Current）驅動能力。產品同時提供停用（Disable）功能，在待機模式下靜態電流低於 17μA，可有效降低待機功耗。 此外，RT7333G 整合完整的保護功能，包括輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、輸出過壓保護（OVP）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）以及逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit），以提升系統可靠性與安全性。 RT7333G 採用高度整合設計，內建可程式化迴路補償電路，可大幅減少外部元件數量。產品採用 SOP-8 封裝。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
