RT7755GES 系列專為搭配 RT7206 等控制器而設計，可提供完整的 USB PD（USB Power Delivery）或可程式化電源供應器（Programmable Power Adapter）解決方案。RT7755GES 不僅具備高效率的電源控制架構，同時在 5V 待機模式下可將待機功耗控制於 50mW，以符合低待機功耗設計需求。 RT7755GES 採用多項創新技術以支援寬範圍輸出電壓應用，包括： (1) 利用 DMAG 腳位感測輸出電壓，調整控制迴路增益以維持系統穩定性，同時調整輸出過壓保護（OVP）門檻值，以保護外部裝置，並調整電流限制以符合限制功率來源（LPS，Limited Power Source）安全規範要求。 (2) 內建完整保護功能，包括大電容輸入欠壓啟動/關機保護（Bulk-Capacitor Brown-In/Brown-Out Protection）、VDD 過壓保護（VDD OVP）、輸出過壓/欠壓保護（Output OVP/UVP）、同步整流器短路保護（SRSP，Secondary Rectifier Short-Circuit Protection）以及外部過溫保護（External OTP）。 (3) 在定功率輸出控制應用中，可透過於 CS 腳位外接電阻，實現全輸入電壓範圍內的精準線路補償（Line Compensation）。 (4) 提供多項保護機制，以防止次級側元件（例如 RT7206 或分流穩壓器）故障時對系統造成影響。 在實際應用中，建議 RT7755GES 搭配次級控制器 RT7206 使用，以實現穩健且安全的電源設計，有效避免因不同裝置、線材、插頭及插座錯誤連接所導致的各種潛在故障狀況。
