RT7781S 是一款高效能電流模式 PWM 控制器，採用立錡專有的 PowerZero 技術。PowerZero 提供優異的綠色電源解決方案，特別適用於輕載與無載條件。整合式高壓元件可實現快速啟動功能，無需外部啟動電阻。此外，它包含 brown-in 與 brown-out 偵測功能。RT7781S 提供完整的保護功能，包括內部過溫保護 (OTP) 與 VDD 過壓保護 (OVP)。它亦具備二次側整流器短路保護 (SRSP) 與電流感測腳位 (CS) 開路保護。這些保護功能可簡化電源供應器設計並提升其可靠性。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
