RT8004 是一款高效率同步降壓 DC/DC 轉換器。其輸入電壓範圍為 2.65V 至 5.5V，輸出電壓可於 0.8V 至 5V 範圍內調整，並可提供最高 3A 的輸出電流。 內建導通電阻僅 75mΩ 的功率開關，可有效提高轉換效率，並省去外部蕭特基二極體（Schottky Diode）的需求。開關頻率可透過外接電阻設定，或與外部時脈訊號同步。100% 占空比設計可實現低壓差（Low Dropout）運作模式，有助於延長可攜式設備的電池使用時間。外部補償設計則可讓系統在不同負載條件及輸出電容配置下，獲得最佳化的暫態響應性能。 RT8004 採用強制連續導通模式（Forced Continuous Mode）運作，可有效降低雜訊與射頻干擾（RF Interference）。此外，在低壓差運作模式下支援 100% 占空比，更進一步提升電池使用效率與續航時間。
