RT8010B 是一款高效率脈波寬度調變降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，可在 2.5V 至 4V 的輸入電壓範圍內提供最高 800mA 輸出電流。由於特別適合單節鋰離子電池供電環境，因此廣泛應用於行動電話、個人數位助理及各類手持式電子產品。 RT8010B 提供自動 PWM/低壓差切換模式以及關機模式兩種工作模式。內建低導通電阻同步整流開關可大幅降低 PWM 模式下的導通損耗，因此無需外接蕭特基二極體即可達成高效率電源轉換。 當一般 PWM 控制無法維持穩定輸出電壓時，RT8010B 會自動進入低壓差模式，透過持續導通高側 PMOS 提供輸出電壓調節能力。在關機模式下，當使能腳位被拉低時，元件的消耗電流可低於 0.1μA，有助於進一步降低待機功耗。 RT8010B 採用固定 1.5MHz 開關頻率，使輸出漣波可透過小型濾波元件輕鬆抑制，進一步縮小整體電路尺寸。搭配 WDFN-8L 2mm × 2mm 小型封裝，可有效節省 PCB 空間，非常適合空間受限的可攜式產品設計。 此外，RT8010B 還內建軟啟動功能、高精度低基準電壓設計、過溫保護及過電流保護，以提升系統穩定性與可靠性。
