RT8010C 是一款高效率脈寬調變 (PWM) 降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的寬輸入電壓範圍內提供 1A 輸出電流。RT8010C 非常適合由單節鋰離子電池或其他電源供電的可攜式電子裝置，例如手機、PDA 與手持式裝置。提供兩種運作模式，包括：PWM/低壓差自動切換與關斷模式。具低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 的內部同步整流器可大幅降低 PWM 模式下的導通損耗。實際應用中無需外部蕭特基二極體。當一般 PWM 無法提供穩壓輸出電壓時，RT8010C 會透過持續導通上側 P-MOSFET 進入低壓差模式。當 EN 腳位被拉低時，RT8010C 會進入關斷模式，且耗電低於 0.1μA。由於固定工作頻率為 1.5MHz，切換漣波可透過小封裝濾波元件輕易平滑化。小型 WDFN-6L 2x2 封裝可支援小 PCB 面積應用。其他功能包括軟啟動、具 2% 精度的較低內部參考電壓、過溫保護與過電流保護。
