RT8108 系列產品是單相同步 Buck PWM 控制器，設計用於提供高精度、可程式設計的低壓輸出，內部參考電壓為 0.6V 或 0.8V。RT8108 系列產品使用單迴路電壓模式 PWM 控制架構以獲得快速的瞬態回應。因為具有高驅動能力，適合於大電流輸出的應用。它們的固定工作頻率為 200kHz / 300kHz / 500kHz，可以使用小尺寸的電感和電容以節省 PCB 空間和成本。RT8108 系列產品都集成了完善的保護功能，如 OCP、OVP、OTP 和 UVP，採用的封裝為 SOP-8 和 SOP-8（含外露式散熱焊盤）。
