RT8110C為適用於單一電源應用的單相同步降壓轉換器的定頻PWM控制器，並內建MOSFET驅動設計，其特色為內建穩壓調節器允許廣輸入電壓範圍應用。RT8110C 採用電壓模式控制並具備內部補償以簡化轉換器之設計。內部0.8V的參考電壓允許低輸出電壓的應用，切換頻率固定於400kHz以降低外部被動元件的大小並節省電路板面積。RT8110C 提供低電壓保護、電流限制、過電流保護與過溫保護。低端MOSFET的 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub>被用於過電流保護所需的電感電流感測應用。
