RT8113 是集成了 MOSFET 驅動器的單相 Buck PWM 控制器，設計用於為先進的微處理器如 Atom 之內核供電或是作為顯卡之電源供應器件，具有多相產品的相同特性，但把輸出變成了單相以滿足小電流系統之需要。它具有可調的工作頻率、Power Good 指示、外部誤差放大器補償、過壓保護、過流保護、電壓電壓下降使能/禁止能力、外部可調偏移電壓、加強的瞬態回應能力和使能/關機控制引腳等特性以優化其性能，可滿足多種應用的需要。其封裝為 WQFN-24L 4x4。
