RT8129B是使用5V/12V供電的單相同步Buck控制器，它使用固定導通時間（COT）PWM控制架構，將MOSFET驅動器、自舉二極體集成於一體，在輕載條件下運行時可自動降低工作頻率並進入二極體模擬模式，可極大化地改善輕載效率。它具有Power Good指示、使能控制和內建的軟起動功能，具有過壓保護、欠壓保護、電流限制和熱關機保護等功能。它利用不會增加損耗的下橋MOSFET R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB>電流檢測技術實現過流保護，過流保護閾值可通過連接於LGATE/OCSET和GND之間的電阻來進行設定。其封裝形式為WDFN-10L 3x3。
