RT8152A/RT8152B 是一款單相 PWM 控制器，內建 MOSFET 驅動器，並符合 Intel IMVP6.5 電壓調節器規範，可滿足行動平台 CPU 核心與繪圖核心的供電需求。 RT8152A/RT8152B 採用立錡專有的 G-NAVP 架構，此架構源自有限直流增益補償器的固定導通時間控制技術，可輕鬆滿足 Intel 主動電壓定位需求，簡化系統設計與調校流程。輸出電壓透過 7 位元 VID 碼進行設定，內建高精度數位類比轉換器可將 VID 設定值轉換為 0V 至 1.5V 的輸出電壓範圍，每級調整解析度為 12.5mV，系統電壓精度最高可達 ±1.5%。 本產品支援即時 VID 切換與即時工作模式切換功能，完全符合 Intel IMVP6.5 規範要求。RT8152A/RT8152B 可於單相模式與二極體模擬模式下運作，並可依據負載條件自動提高轉換效率，在不同工作模式下效率最高可達 90%。 輸出負載線可透過調整誤差放大器的直流增益進行設定，配合適當補償設計，可獲得最佳化的負載暫態響應效能。晶片也可透過外接電容控制軟啟動時間及輸出電壓轉換斜率，並支援電感直流電阻與分流電阻兩種電流感測方式。 RT8152A/RT8152B 提供電源良好指示訊號與溫度降頻控制訊號，以符合 Intel IMVP6.5 繪圖核心規範需求，同時提供額外的時脈啟用功能以支援 CPU 核心應用。 此外，產品內建完整保護功能，包括過壓保護、欠壓保護、負電壓保護、過電流保護以及過溫保護，可有效提升系統可靠性與安全性。 RT8152A/RT8152B 採用小尺寸 WQFN-32L 5mm × 5mm 封裝。
