RT8153C/D 是集成了 MOSFET 驅動器的單相 PWM 控制器，符合 Intel IMVP6.5 電壓調節器規範，滿足移動 CPU 內核和 Render 內核對電壓調節器的需要。它採用立錡專有的基於有限直流增益補償固定導通時間模式的 G-NAVP(Green Native AVP) 控制技術，易於設定，可滿足 Intel AVP (Active Voltage Positoning) 移動 CPU/Render 的需求。其輸出電壓由7位元 VID 編碼進行設定，內建的高精度 DAC 將 VID 編碼轉換為 0V~1.5V 的輸出電壓，其級差為 12.5mV，系統的控制精度可達 1.5%。它支援符合 IMVP6.5 規範的 VID 跳變和模式改變功能，支援二極體模擬模式，可在各種不同的負載條件下達到90%的轉換效率。它包含 Power Good 和熱抑制指示器，還有一個附加的時鐘使能功能以符合 CPU 內核的規格。其軟啟動和輸出電壓/電流 變動率可通過外部電容進行設定，還包含完備的保護功能如過壓保護、欠壓保護、負壓保護、過流保護和熱關機保護。其封裝為 WQFN-32L 5x5 和 WQFN-32L 4x4。
