RT8237F為提供高效率、優越的暫態回應與高直流輸出穩定度的降壓型PWM 控制器，適用於電池降壓供電予筆記型電腦內部具有低壓電源需求的CPU核心、I/O與RAM晶片等應用。PWM的固定導通時間架構可允許較廣的輸入/輸出電壓比，並可在固定的切換頻率下提供100ns "instant-on" 的負載回應特性。RT8237F 具備高效率並可不必裝設以往傳統PWM電流模式所必要的電流感測電阻以達到低電路設計成本的優勢，並可藉由驅動同步整流MOSFET並進入二極體仿效模式以達到輕載狀態的高效率表現。其降壓轉換特性允許裝置電池達到最高效率的條件下進行高低壓轉換。可預設的頻率選擇功能可降低應用新設計時所需要額外耗費的設計資源。RT8237F 為專用於CPU核心、DRAM或其他需要低於0.7V的應用設計。RT8237F支持WDFN-10L 3x3 封裝。
