RT8237N 是一款 PWM 降壓控制器，專為筆記型電腦應用而設計，可將高電壓電池電源高效率地轉換為低電壓電源，以供應 CPU 核心、I/O、晶片組及記憶體等負載。產品提供高效率、優異的暫態響應能力以及高精度輸出電壓調節特性，可滿足現代處理器電源需求。 RT8237N 採用固定導通時間（Constant On-Time, COT）PWM 控制架構，可輕鬆因應寬範圍輸入與輸出電壓比，並提供約 100ns 的快速負載暫態響應能力，同時維持相對穩定的開關頻率，提升系統穩定性與響應速度。 與傳統電流模式 PWM 控制器不同，RT8237N 無需使用電流感測電阻即可實現過電流控制，不僅有助於降低系統成本，也能減少功率損耗並提升轉換效率。此外，產品可驅動大功率同步整流 MOSFET，並於輕載條件下自動進入二極體模擬模式（Diode Emulation Mode），進一步降低切換損失並提高輕載效率。 其降壓架構可直接由高電壓電池輸入轉換至低輸出電壓，以獲得最佳電源轉換效率。內建預設開關頻率選項可簡化新產品的設計與開發流程。 RT8237N 特別適用於 CPU 核心電源、晶片組、DRAM，以及其他低至 0.7V 的低電壓供電應用。 RT8237N 採用 VQFN-16L 3mm × 3mm 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
