RT8282B 是一款高效率單晶片同步降壓 DC-DC 轉換器，可在 4.5V 至 23V 的輸入電壓範圍內提供最高 2A 的輸出電流。RT8282B 採用電流模式控制（Current Mode Control）架構，搭配外部補償網路，可在各種負載條件與輸出電容配置下實現最佳化的暫態響應性能。 產品內建逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit），可在輸出短路時提供有效保護；軟啟動（Soft-Start）功能則可降低系統啟動期間的輸入湧入電流。此外，RT8282B 還整合欠壓保護（UVP）與過溫保護（Thermal Shutdown Protection），進一步提升系統可靠性。 在關閉模式（Shutdown Mode）下，RT8282B 的靜態電流低於 3μA，並提供輸出斷開（Output Disconnect）功能，有助於簡化電池供電系統的電源管理設計並降低待機功耗。 RT8282B 採用 SOP-8（Exposed Pad）封裝。
