RT8532 是高效率的白光 LED 驅動器，設計用於驅動作為 LCD 屏光源的 LED 陣列。集成了功率開關的電流模式 Boost 轉換器可驅動6串並聯連接的 LED 串，每串可有多達10只 LED 連接在一起。每個內置電流源支持最大 ±2% 的電流誤差，確保每串 LED 都有優異的亮度一致性。為了提供足夠的操作餘量給每個電流源， Boost 控制器對每個回饋端子進行監控並調節至最優化之輸出電壓以獲取最好之效率。 RT8532 可以 2.5V~24V 之寬闊的輸入電壓範圍輸出 5mA~50mA 可調之電流，內部 200mΩ、 43V 功率開關以電流模式控制方式提供逐週期過流保護，還集成了 PWM 和模擬調光功能以取得精確的 LED 電流控制。PWM 調光信號的頻率範圍在 100Hz~20kHz 之間，調光時不會在 LED 中出現衝擊電流。RT8532 的封裝式 WQFN-20L 3x3。
