RT8569 是一款用於白光 LED 的高效率驅動器。它專為採用 LED 陣列作為光源的 LCD 面板而設計。整合式電流模式升壓控制器可並聯驅動六串 LED，且每串最多支援 12 顆 WLED。內部電流汲入器支援最大 ±2% 電流不匹配，可在每串 LED 中實現優異的亮度均勻性。為提供電流汲入器運作所需的足夠餘裕，升壓控制器會監測回授腳位的最低電壓，並調節最佳化輸出電壓以提升電源效率。RT8569 具備 4.2V 至 24V 的寬輸入電壓範圍，並可提供 5mA 至 40mA 的可調式 LED 電流。內部 200mΩ、43V 功率開關搭配電流模式控制，可提供逐週期過電流保護。RT8569 亦整合 PWM 調光功能，可精準控制 LED 電流。輸入 PWM 調光頻率可在 200Hz 至 25kHz 範圍內運作，且不會在 LED 電流或電感電流中產生任何突入電流。RT8569 的切換頻率亦可在 500kHz 至 2MHz 之間調整，可在效率與元件尺寸之間提供靈活性。RT8569 採用薄型 WQFN-20L 4x4 封裝。
