RT8692 是針對高性能圖形處理器應用進行了優化的2/1相同步Buck PWM 控制器，採用了COT固定導通時間控制架構，集成了包含自舉二極體在內的兩組MOSFET 驅動器，具有通道間電流平衡和過壓保護、欠壓保護、電流限制、熱關機保護等功能，以WQFN-20L 3x3 封裝供貨。</br>RT8692利用開關管的 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 對電感電流進行連續檢測並在此基礎上實施電流限制和電流平衡。RT8692可利用外部參考輸入對其輸出電壓進行控制，輸出電壓的反饋信號追踪外部輸入參考電壓的變化即可實現輸出電壓的動態調節。</br>它還具有開關切換工作頻率可調、工作相數動態可調、內部軟啟動、Power Good 指示和使能控制等特性。
