RT8813A 是採用 PWM-VID 介面、針對高性能圖形處理器應用進行了優化、符合 nVidia OVR2+1 規格的可以 3/2/1 相工作的同步 Buck 控制器，採用 COT 固定導通時間控制架構，集成了包括自舉二極體在內的兩組 MOSFET 驅動器，具有通道間電流平衡和包括過壓保護、欠壓保護、電流限制和過熱關機保護等在內的保護功能，使用了 WQFN-24L 4x4 封裝。</br>RT8813A 採用 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 電流檢測技術，在持續的電感電流監測和採樣技術的基礎上實現精確的通道間電流平衡並實施電流限制保護。</br>RT8813A 支援 PWM-VID 動態電壓控制技術，可將 PWM-VID 信號轉換為外部參考輸入並使輸出電壓的回饋信號跟隨該輸入的變化以實現輸出電壓的動態調節，其工作頻率可調，相數動態可控，內含軟啟動，具有 Power Good 指示和使能控制功能。
