RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 是一款 3/2/1 多相同步降壓控制器，針對高效能繪圖微處理器進行最佳化，並透過 PWM-VID 介面支援 nVidia OVR3i+ 規範。它可同時支援具電流輸出的 DrMOS 與 DCR 電流感測。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 採用 AC G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> (Green Native AVP)，這是立錡專有的拓撲，由內部 GM 放大器的有限 DC 增益搭配電流模式控制所衍生。透過採用 AC G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓撲，RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 的工作頻率會隨 VID、負載與輸入電壓而變化，即使在 CCM (Continuous Conduction Mode) 下亦可進一步提升效率。此外，具 CCRCOT (Constant Current Ripple COT) 技術的 AC G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 可在整個輸入 / 輸出範圍內提供優異的輸出電壓漣波表現。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 具備外部參考輸入與 PWM-VID 動態輸出電壓控制，其中輸出電壓會被調節並追蹤外部輸入參考電壓。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 可透過 PINSETx 腳位設定內部 RAMP 振幅，以最佳化穩定性與負載暫態效能。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 亦提供完整的故障保護功能，包括過壓保護 (OVP)、欠壓保護 (UVP)、逐相電流限制與過溫保護 (OTP)。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
