RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 是一款 3 相、2 相及 1 相多相同步降壓控制器，專為高效能繪圖處理器供電應用而最佳化設計，並支援 NVIDIA OVR3i+ 規範所要求的 PWM-VID 介面。產品可支援具備電流回授輸出的 DrMOS 功率模組，以及電感直流電阻電流感測架構，提供高度彈性的電源設計方案。 RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 採用立錡專有的 AC G-NAVP 控制架構，此架構結合電流模式控制與有限直流增益設計，可根據輸出電壓設定值、負載變化及輸入電壓自動調整工作頻率，即使在連續導通模式下仍能有效提升轉換效率。 此外，AC G-NAVP 搭配固定電流漣波控制技術，可在整個輸入與輸出工作範圍內提供優異的輸出電壓漣波表現，有助於提升高效能處理器供電品質與系統穩定性。 產品支援外部參考電壓輸入以及 PWM-VID 動態輸出電壓控制功能，可讓輸出電壓即時追蹤外部參考電壓變化，以滿足處理器動態電壓調整需求。同時可透過 PINSETx 腳位設定內部斜坡訊號振幅，以最佳化系統穩定度及負載暫態響應效能。 RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 亦提供完整保護功能，包括過壓保護、欠壓保護、各相過電流保護及過溫保護，可有效提升系統安全性與可靠性。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
