RT9020 是高性能的 500mA 低壓差線性穩壓器，具有超高的 PSRR 性能和超低的壓差，是兼具性能和空間要求的可擕式 RF 應用的理想選擇。</br>RT9020 的靜態電流低達 25µA，可與 ESR 很低的陶瓷電容配合穩定工作，降低了對掌上型應用來說很緊張的空間要求。</br>在關機狀態下，RT9020 僅消耗典型值約 0.7µA 的電流，其快速啟動過程最多耗時 70µs（無軟啟動電容）。它還具有超低壓差、高輸出精度、電流限制保護和高漣波抑制比。其封裝為 SOT-23-5 和 SC-70-5。
