RT9032 是雙輸出、低雜訊、低壓差線性穩壓器，每個輸出的驅動能力為 300mA，輸出電壓範圍為 1.1V~3.3V，輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V~5.5V。RT9032 的輸出電壓可通過對 P1、P2 端子的電壓設定進行程式設計，每顆晶片可有9種不同的電壓組合，對電壓組合的選擇通過將 P1、P2 端子分別連接至 VDD 、GND 和懸空來進行。RT9032 的輸出電壓精度為 3%，具有低壓差（ 330mV@300mA ）和超低的靜態電流（ 32μA ），關機時的電流消耗幾乎為0，非常適合電池供電的設備使用。它還具有電流限制、過溫保護和輸出短路保護功能。RT9032 可與很低容量的陶瓷輸出電容配合穩定工作，佔用板面空間少，成本低廉。RT9032 的封裝是 WDFN-8L 2x2 和 WQFN-8L 1.6x1.6(COL)。
