RT9085 是一款高效能正電壓穩壓器，具備獨立偏壓電壓 (V<sub>BIAS</sub>)，專為需要低輸入電壓與超低壓差電壓、且輸出電流高達 1A 的應用而設計。超低壓差電壓特性非常適合輸出電壓極接近輸入電壓的應用。輸入電壓可低至 0.8V，輸出電壓可透過外部電阻分壓器調整。RT9085 具備極低靜態電流消耗，適用於可攜式應用。此元件採用 WL- CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) 與 ZWL-CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。</br>
