RT9093／RT9093A／RT9093N 是一款低壓差線性穩壓器（LDO），可在 1.2V 至 5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍內運作，並提供最高 300mA 的輸出電流。其輸出電壓支援兩種模式以滿足不同應用需求。在可調模式下，輸出電壓可設定於 0.8V 至 5V 之間；在固定輸出模式下，則可提供 0.8V 至 3.45V 的固定輸出電壓，無需外接電阻分壓器，有助於降低物料成本（BOM）並節省 PCB 空間。該元件內建 EN 使能腳位，可用於系統電源時序控制，同時整合過電流保護（OCP）及過溫保護（OTP），以防止異常狀況發生。RT9093／RT9093A／RT9093N 提供 TSOT-23-5 封裝，支援固定輸出及可調輸出版本，方便各種應用設計；另提供無需外接分壓電阻的 ZQFN-4L 1mm × 1mm 封裝版本。該產品完整規格適用於接面溫度 TJ = -40°C 至 125°C 的工作範圍。
