RT9114C 是採用 I<sup>2</sup>S 輸入的雙通道高效音訊功率放大器，可帶動2x20W 的 BTL 連接 8Ω 揚聲器，具有高達 90% 以上的電能利用效率，無需使用外加散熱片。</br>它內建能在各種場景下消除揚聲器爆裂音的防爆功能，具有過熱保護、過流保護、過壓保護和欠壓保護功能及錯誤狀態報告功能。</br>它是一款完全使用外來時鐘信號的 I<sup>2</sup>S 設備，支援 8kHz ~ 96kHz 的信號取樣速率，具有完全可程式控制的資料路由能力，可將外來資訊路由至內部揚聲器驅動電路。在由外部提供 MCLK 信號時，它也支援以主機模式工作。</br>RT9114C 內含三段式 DRC，具有靈活的多段式帶通濾波器，可實現防破裂、功率限制和揚聲器均衡處理。
