RT9181是具有輸出精確度2%的低壓降轉換器，在輸入+3至+5.5V的工作電壓範圍內提供持續的150mA電流。它具有電源良好信號指示功能監測輸出電壓，讓電源良好輸出成為低電位（開路漏極）RT9181運用低ESR的輸出電容來穩定輸出電壓，同時最小化啟動時的輸出電湧。RT9181使用一個內部的 P- MOSFET 作為通器件，在負載和壓差條件下需要160µA的供電電流。它的EN引腳控制輸出，且不消耗輸入偏置電流。其他特性還包括限電流、過溫保護及欠壓鎖定。
