RT9193 專為可攜式射頻（RF）及無線通訊應用而設計，能滿足高效能及高空間利用率需求。其性能經過最佳化，可在電池供電系統中提供超低雜訊及低靜態電流表現。產品另提供雜訊旁路（Noise Bypass）腳位，可進一步降低輸出雜訊。 在低壓差（Dropout）狀態下，穩壓器接地電流僅會些微增加，有助於延長電池使用時間。RT9193 同時支援低 ESR 陶瓷電容，可有效減少電源應用所需的電路板空間，特別適用於手持式無線裝置。 RT9193 在關閉模式（Shutdown Mode）下的耗電流低於 0.01μA，且啟動時間小於 50μs，可提供快速反應能力。其他特色包括超低壓差電壓、高輸出電壓精度、電流限制保護及高漣波抑制比（PSRR）。 RT9193 提供 SC-70-5、SOT-23-5、TSOT-23-5、WDFN-6L（2mm × 2mm）及 MSOP-8 等封裝選項。
