RT9284A/B 是緊湊型的高效、高集成度的 LED 驅動器，內建的 22V 耐壓 MOSFET 可支援2~5只串聯的 WLED 背光應用和相機閃光燈應用，高度整合的、包含補償電路在內的設計使得只需最少5只外部元件就可構成完整的應用電路。優選的工作頻率使得只需使用小型的 LC 濾波器，低工作電流使得轉換效率得到保證，內部軟啟動電路使得衝擊電流最小化。小型的 TSOT-23-5 和 TSOT-23-6 的封裝為取得最佳的 PCB 設計提供了低成本的方案。
