RT9519A 是一款整合式單節鋰離子電池充電器，具備自動電源路徑管理 (APPM)。無需外部 MOSFET。當電源移除時，RT9519A 會進入睡眠模式。充電任務透過控制演算法進行最佳化，可改變充電速率，包括預充電模式、快速充電模式與恆壓模式。對於 RT9519A，充電電流亦可透過外部電阻進行程式化設定，並可透過外部 GPIO 修改。可透過外部 GPIO 修改電池調節電壓的範圍取決於電池溫度。內部熱回授電路會調節晶片溫度，以針對所有環境溫度最佳化充電速率。當充電電流降低至 10% x I<sub>CHG_FAST</sub> 的終止電流時，充電任務一律會在恆壓模式下終止。其他功能包括 VIN 供應的欠壓保護與過壓保護。<br /><br />建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，而環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
