RT9536H 是高整合單節鋰離子電池線性充電 IC，適合可擕式產品使用。它以優化的控制演算法完成充電任務，計有預充、快充和恒壓充三種充電模式。其輸入端最高耐壓為 28V，當輸入電壓超過其過壓保護閾值時，充電 MOSFET 開關被關閉，避免造成晶片過熱的狀況。</br>最大充電電流由一隻外部電阻進行設定。在用於 USB 應用時，可通過 EN/SET 端將電流設定為 100mA/500mA。在工廠模式下，RT9536H 可容許 4.25V 或 4.4V/2.3A 的輸出以支援系統工作。它也提供一個 50mA 的低壓差線性穩壓器為週邊電路供電。其內部熱回饋電路對內核溫度進行調節，使之在任何環境溫度下都能以最佳速率進行充電。</br>它具有輸入端欠壓保護、過壓保護和針對電池的溫度保護，其封裝為 WDFN-10L 3x2。
