RT9611C/D 是一款高頻、同步整流、單相雙 MOSFET 驅動器，設計用於從一般 MOSFET 驅動應用延伸至高效能 CPU VR 驅動能力。RT9611C/D 可用於 V<sub>CC </sub>= 5V 或 V<sub>CC </sub>= 12V 應用。RT9611C/D 亦內建內部功率開關，以取代外部自舉二極體。RT9611C/D 可有效支援高達 500kHz 的切換頻率。RT9611C/D 具備 UGATE 驅動電路與 LGATE 驅動電路，適用於同步整流 DC/DC 轉換器應用。驅動上升 / 下降時間能力設計在 30ns 以內，且直通保護機制設計用於防止高側與低側功率 MOSFET 發生直通。RT9611C/D 具備 PWM 三態關斷與 <span class="overline">OD</span> 輸入關斷功能，可強制驅動器輸出進入高阻抗狀態。RT9611C 與 RT9611D 的差異在於傳播延遲 t<sub>UGATEpdh</sub>。RT9611D 的 t<sub>UGATEpdh</sub> 相較於 RT9611D 更大。因此，RT9611C 通常建議用於效能導向應用，例如高功率密度 CPU VR 或 GPU VR。RT9611C/D 採用小尺寸 WDFN-8L 3x3 封裝。<hr />
