RT9614A是雙輸出的同步整流Buck轉換器N-MOSFET驅動器，同時集成了代替外加自舉二極體的功率開關，容許使用高性能MOSFET。</br>RT9614A可以高工作頻率和很低的功率消耗驅動上下橋MOSFET開關，其工作電壓範圍與30V擊穿電壓的MOSFET相適應，具有應用的靈活性和擴展性。</br>RT9614A適合的VCC電壓範圍是4.5V~13.2V，上下橋驅動信號延遲時間約30ns，下橋驅動器下拉電阻約1.1Ω，可驅動極電容達 3nF的MOSFET開關以高達1MHz的頻率工作，可應用於輸入電壓變化範圍大、大電流、單相或多相DC/DC應用中為CPU內核、VGA內核供電。
