RT9614L 是一款適用於同步整流降壓轉換器的雙通道 N 溝道 MOSFET 驅動器。該元件整合了電源開關，可取代外部自舉二極體，從而降低系統成本與設計複雜度，並允許使用更高性能的 MOSFET。RT9614L 為高效能驅動器，能以低功耗驅動高側與低側 MOSFET 於高切換頻率下運作。其工作電壓相容於具有 30V 崩潰電壓的 MOSFET，可提供更高的設計彈性及更廣泛的應用範圍。RT9614L 的閘極驅動電壓由 VCC 腳位提供，範圍為 4.5V 至 13.2V。高側與低側 MOSFET 的傳播延遲皆約為 30ns，且低側閘極驅動器具備 1.1Ω 下拉阻抗，可在相位節點高 dV/dt 切換期間防止直通電流損耗。RT9614L 可有效驅動 MOSFET 閘極，切換頻率最高可達 1MHz，並支援高達 3nF 的閘極負載。因此，RT9614L 非常適合用於各種高輸入電壓、高電流以及單相或多相 DC/DC 轉換器應用，例如 CPU 核心電壓電源及 VGA 電源系統。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
