RT9624K/RT9624L 是一款高頻率、同步整流單相 MOSFET 驅動器，專為一般 MOSFET 驅動應用及高效能 CPU 電壓調節器（VR）應用而設計。 RT9624K/RT9624L 的供電電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 13.2V，適用的功率級輸入電壓（VIN）範圍為 5V 至 24V。此外，產品內建電源開關，可取代外部自舉二極體（Bootstrap Diode），簡化電路設計。 RT9624K/RT9624L 可有效支援高達 500kHz 的開關頻率。產品同時具備高側閘極（UGATE）與低側閘極（LGATE）驅動電路，適用於同步整流 DC/DC 轉換器應用。內建防直通保護（Shoot-Through Protection）機制，可避免高側與低側功率 MOSFET 同時導通而造成短路。 RT9624K/RT9624L 提供三態 PWM 輸入關閉功能及 EN 腳位關閉功能，當啟用關閉模式時，可強制 UGATE 與 LGATE 輸出維持低電位。 RT9624K 採用小尺寸 WDFN-8SL（2mm × 2mm）封裝；RT9624L 採用 WDFN-8L（3mm × 3mm）封裝。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 85°C。
