RT9627A 是高頻、雙通道的 MOSFET 驅動器，設計用於在一個同步 Buck 轉換器的兩個通道中完成 MOSFET 驅動任務，尤其適合使用在需要高效率和卓越熱性能的移動式電腦應用中。當它和立錡科技的任何一款多相式 Buck PWM 控制器相遇時，即可為那些先進的 CPU 提供穩定的內核電源供應。該驅動器可以極短的上升/下降時間和輸出延時驅動高達 3nF 的負載。它集成了上橋的靴帶式電路，應用中只需使用一隻外接電容，這不僅降低了電路的複雜性，而且容許使用性能較高、成本較低的 N-MOSFET 。自我調整的上下橋貫通保護設計也被集成在其中，這可防止兩隻 MOSFET 同時進入導通狀態。
