RT9629A 是支持高頻工作的三通道 MOSFET 驅動器，可用於同步整流的Buck 轉換器中，可驅動六個N-MOSFETs，尤其適合需要高效率和優秀的熱性能的移動電腦使用。當它們和立錡科技的一系列多相 Buck PWM 控制器配合時，就可為先進的微處理器提供完整的內核電源供應。RT9629A 的輸出驅動器可以有效地以300kHz的頻率切換MOSFET開關。操作在高頻下，必須小心考量散熱的問題。這些驅動器都具有以極快的升降速度和極短的延遲時間驅動 3nF 電容負載的能力。它們的上橋驅動靴帶式電路都只需要使用一隻外部電容，降低了電路的複雜性，容許使用高性能、低價格的 N-MOSFET。內部整合的貫通保護電路可避免上下橋同時貫通。
