RT9680A 是一款高效率同步降壓功率級模組，由兩個非對稱 MOSFET 與整合式驅動器組成。這些 MOSFET 針對同步降壓配置中的運作個別進行最佳化。高側 MOSFET 具備低電容與低閘極電荷，可在低占空比運作下實現快速切換。低側 MOSFET 具備超低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub>，可將導通損耗降至最低。RT9680A 提供多項功能，使其成為高度通用的功率模組。自舉二極體整合於驅動器中。低側 MOSFET 可被驅動進入二極體模擬模式，以提供非同步運作並提升輕載效率。腳位配置針對 RT9680A 的低電感佈線進行最佳化，可將寄生效應及其影響降至最低。<br /><br />RT9680A 採用 UQFN-11HL 3x3 (FC) 封裝。
