RT9682A/B是高效同步Buck轉換器的功率級元件，內部包含兩隻不對稱的MOSFET和一個驅動器，其設計針對同步Buck轉換器應用進行了優化，上橋MOSFET電容小、柵極充電電荷少，開關速度快，符合低占空比應用的需求；下橋MOSFET具備超低R<sub>DS(ON)</Sub>特性，可最小化導通損耗。RT9682A/B還有眾多的特性使其成為用途廣泛的功率模組，它的驅動器中包含有自舉二極體；下橋MOSFET可被驅動於二極體模擬模式，可在輕載情形下以非同步模式工作，使輕載工作效率得到明顯改善；它的引腳佈置經過特別優化，電流路徑感抗低，寄生參數及其影響均被最小化。</br>RT9682A/B的封裝形式為晶核倒裝的UQFN-11HL 3x3 (FC)。
