RT9728A 是一款具成本效益的低電壓單通道 P-MOSFET 高側電源開關 IC，專為 USB 應用而設計，並具備可程式化電流限制功能。此元件具有典型值僅 120mΩ 的低導通電阻以及 120μA 的低工作電流，可有效降低功耗。RT9728A 可透過外接電阻將電流限制閾值設定於 75mA 至 1.3A（典型值）範圍內，且在所有限流設定下皆可提供 ±10% 的限流精度。此外，產品提供故障旗標（FLAG）輸出，可向本地 USB 控制器回報異常狀態。RT9728A 亦整合內建延遲功能，可避免因高湧入電流（Inrush Current）而造成的誤動作。因此，RT9728A 是 USB 電源供應應用的理想解決方案，能滿足各種不同電流限制需求，提供更具彈性的系統設計。RT9728A 提供 SOT-23-6 與 WDFN-6L 2mm × 2mm 兩種封裝形式。
