RT9731A/B是一款雙通道配電開關，適用於需要精密電流限制或遇到大電流負載和短路的應用。本產品透過外部電阻為每個通道提供可編程的電流限制門檻，範圍為560mA至2.8A (典型值)。藉由控制電源開關的上升和下降時間，來最小化開/關轉換期間的電流浪湧。</br>每當輸出負載超過電流限制門檻時，透過切換到定電流模式，RT9731A/B的每個通道將輸出電流限制在安全水準。每個通道的FLAG邏輯輸出在過電流時，獨立變為低電位。</br>RT9731A/B採用薄型WDFN-10L 3x3封裝。
