RT9758 是一款適用於高電壓應用的高效率、高充電電流充電器。當 V<sub>OUT</sub> = 10V、I<sub>OUT</sub> = 2A、切換頻率 = 500kHz、雙相且 VBUS 輸入處於電容分壓模式時，效率高達 98.1%。RT9758 最大充電電流高達 5A。此元件整合電容分壓拓撲 (DIV2 模式)、直接充電拓撲 (Bypass 模式)、輸入反向阻斷 NFET、雙相充電泵核心、<span class="overline">EN</span> 腳位控制與 9 路保護。在 present 模式 (<span class="overline">EN</span> = H) 下，主機仍可透過 I<sup>2</sup>C 串列介面下達指令。<br /><br />建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
