RT9758D 是一款高效率開關電容轉換器，適用於輸入 >7.4V 的應用。當 V<sub>OUT</sub> = 10V、I<sub>OUT</sub> = 2A、切換頻率 = 500kHz、雙相且 VBUS 輸入處於電容分壓模式時，效率高達 98.1%。此元件整合雙相開關電容拓撲 (DIV2 模式)、旁路模式、輸入反向阻斷 MOS 與 9 路保護。此元件的預設運作模式為 DIV2 模式。使用者可使用 I<sup>2</sup>C 選擇此元件以旁路模式、反向 DIV2 模式或反向旁路模式運作。在 DIV2 模式下，最大輸出電流為 6A；在旁路模式下，最大輸出電流為 5A。在 present 模式 (<span style="text-decoration: overline">EN</span> = H) 下，主機仍可透過 I<sup>2</sup>C 串列介面發出指令。<br />建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
