RT9801A/B 是用於微處理器（MCU）和數位系統的供電系統電壓監控的微功耗電壓檢測器，它們提供以 0.1V 為間隔、全範圍為1.5V~5V的使用者可程式設計電壓檢測閾值，可覆蓋幾乎所有數位應用系統的需要。RT9801A/B 的電流消耗僅有 3μA，其電壓檢測閾值 V<sub>TH</sub> 可借助將其3個端子分別連接至 GND 、V<sub>DD</sub>或懸空進行選擇，兩個型號的電壓閾值範圍分別是 1.5V~4V 和 2.5V~5V，它們被分別設定以滿足所有客戶的需要。RT9801A/B 通過在檢測到其 V<sub>DD</sub> 電壓低於其設定的電壓閾值時輸出重定信號來完成電壓監控的工作。在 V<sub>DD</sub> 低於設定閾值期間，重定信號將持續存在；重定信號的釋放將在 V<sub>DD</sub> 從低於設定的電壓閾值中恢復正常之後再經歷一段固定的復位有效時間之後發生。RT9801A/B 的輸出是 N 溝道 MOSFET 的開漏輸出，其封裝是 SOT-23-6。
