RT9818 是一款微功耗電壓偵測器，設計用於監控微處理器 (μP) 或數位系統的電源供應電壓位準。它提供內部固定臨界值位準，並以 0.1V 為增量，範圍從 1.2V 至 5V，涵蓋大多數數位應用。此元件具備 3μA 的低供應電流。當 VDD 電壓低於預設臨界值位準時，RT9818 會送出重置信號以執行監控功能。此重置信號會持續到 VDD 恢復並超過臨界值位準為止，之後重置信號會在一段延遲時間後解除。RT9818 採用 SC-82、SC-70-3、SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5 與 SOT-89 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 85°C。
