RT9824C 是集成化的智慧多電壓檢測、監控器件，可對包括 5V, 5.4V及額外的3.3V和12V電壓軌或其他使用電阻分壓器進行設定的電壓軌進行電壓檢測、監控。<br>RT9824C 通過在檢測到受檢電壓降低到預設值的 80% 以下時輸出 RESET及CTR 信號來實現監控功能。RESET及CTR 信號在 VCC 電壓恢復以前將持續處於有效狀態，在受檢電壓高於其預設值 80% 以後，RESET及CTR信號將繼續有效並在延遲 60ms 後釋放。<br>在受檢電壓處於正常狀態期間，MR（手動重定）可對 CTR 信號進行控制。當 MR 變高時，CTR 信號將立即變成低電平，然而RESET信號將不會被干擾，並持續保持高電平狀態。<br>RT9824C 的封裝是 TSOT-23-8。
