RT9919 是為數位相機和其他掌上型設備供電的完整電源配置，是一個多通道的 DC/DC 轉換器，其中包含2路升壓型 DC/DC 轉換器、2路降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器、1路升壓/降壓可選的 DC/DC 轉換器、1路反相 DC/DC 轉換器和1個 LED 驅動器。<br>RT9919 以這樣的設計規劃來為數位相機服務：<br>CH1 提供一個同步升壓輸出，為馬達或是為 DSC 系統的 I/O 部分供電。<br>CH2 提供一個可選的同步升壓/或降壓輸出，供馬達或 I/O 部分使用。<br>CH3/4 提供同步降壓的輸出，為 DSP 內核和記憶體部分供電。<br>CH5 提供同步升壓的高壓輸出，為 CCD 提供偏置電源。<br>CH6 提供反相的負壓輸出，為 CCD 提供偏置電源。<br>CH7 提供升壓後的高壓輸出，用於驅動 LED 背光。<br>可升降壓的 DC/DC 轉換器的架構選擇用 SEL 引腳實現。有5各通道內建了補償電路。有一個無變壓器的反相轉換器為 CCD 提供電源供應。無論是同步升壓或降壓，其效率均可達到95%。通道1和5具有負載斷開功能。一個可在 RTC 用 LDO 和 SW1 開關之間選擇的電路可由 CN 引腳予以選擇。<br>RT9919 可支援鋰離子電池或兩節 AA 電池供電的應用。它還提供了這些保護功能： WLED 開路保護，電流限制，過熱關機保護，過壓和欠壓保護。它的封裝式WQFN-40L 5x5 。
